Alkalize

Alkalize is a gentle way to help restore our body’s tissue pH to a healthy level of 7.5.
Most modern lifestyle diseases develop in tissues which are low in oxygen, sugary, inflamed and acidic. This happens when we eat a high sugar diet, consume acidic food and drinks, smoke and fail to exercise.

In these conditions infections, arthritic and other more serious inflammatory conditions can start. As part of a low-acid diet and exercise programme, Alka-Lize can help to restore a normal pH, after which the body will maintain this pH itself if the correct diet and exercise regime is continued. It is important to note that citrus fruits, sharp berries and vinegar should be omitted until the pH rises to 7.5 as the body will not become alkaline whilst taking these acidic foods. It is best to check the pH by taking a reading of early morning saliva (not urine) before eating, drinking or brushing teeth. Litmus paper and instructions for its use may be obtained from us.

Take 1-6 capsules per day (depending on how acidic your readings are to start with) and diminish then stop as pH reliably stabilises at 7.5.

Ingredients: Potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), magnesium carbonate.

Suggested Intake: 1-6 capsules with water, or as directed by a practitioner. Do not take more than 24 capsules in 24 hours. This product is best taken first thing in the morning but can also be taken between meals. Food should not be eaten within half an hour after taking.

Suitable for: Vegetarians, vegans and for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.
