This is because, as a company, we are wholly owned by a charitable foundation which is dedicated to ‘improving the health of the nation’.
Our customer services and marketing teams work directly alongside our in-house nutritional therapists to ensure we deliver the most accurate advice and information over the phone, online and through our specialist events and conferences. Established in 1990, we have been actively promoting good health and nutrition for over 26 years and we now have a worldwide customer base. With the help of our product advisors, thousands of people use and prescribe our products every single day.
Throughout the year, we aim to raise as much money and awareness that we can for various charities, on home soil and elsewhere - from cake sales to charity runs and even cycling the length of the River Severn (from the office, on static bikes). Our dedication to various causes and to our customers is paramount and we were honoured to have this recognised as finalists at the Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2016.
