International Shipping

Please check all requirements (import taxes, customs regulations etc) regarding deliveries to countries outside the UK. Cytoplan Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not comply with the import regulations of the destination country.

Delivery charges for orders to be delivered to non-UK addresses are calculated by the weight of your order and the delivery country. This is automatically calculated for you in the checkout section of our website when you place an order. 

Courier-delivered parcels require a signature. If your parcel is visually damaged on arrival, you can refuse the parcel. The goods will then be directly returned to us. You will then need to contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible, and we will (at your preference) either resend your goods or offer you a refund. 

On opening your parcel, if you find an item is damaged please contact our Customer Services department within 3 working days.
