This works very well to keep you Vitamin C levels up. Been a ''whole food'' it provides more than Ascorbic Acid. It also gives you various flavanoids, phenols, and co-factors that are important to your overall health. Very low acidity makes it perfect for those with sensitive digestion. I highly recommend.
