We provide a range of supplements to help support the health of your joints; Age, wear and diet are some of the factors that can affect the quality and mobility of joints. Glucosamine supplements are most commonly associated with supporting joint health. Glucosamine is produced naturally within our bodies for the maintenance of joints and cartilage.

However when there is excess wear, more raw ‘material’ is needed for the repair of the joints and surrounding structures in our bodies. If body chemistry is unbalanced, it may be that insufficient glucosamine is formed, which limits our ability to repair wear and damage to our joints. Omega 3 supplements such as Fish Oils are also commonly associated with joint support as the fatty acid content of the Omega 3 (EPA/DHA) acts as a cell membrane stabiliser & anti-inflammatory.

Celadrin is the newest addition to this range and has particularly benefit in inflammation in small joints such as of the hands and feet. This available as capsules and in a cream for topical application.
