Changing your contact details

You are able to change or update your contact details at any time within your account area online. Just click on the "My Account" button on the top bar of the website and 'login' in to your personal account area. There you will have access to all your account and contact detail settings.

Changing your email and login details

You are able to change your email address and login password at any time within your account area online. Just click on the "My Account" button on the top bar of the website and 'login' in to your personal account area. There you will have access to all your account login settings.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your login password please click the "I have forgotten my password" link on the login page and you will be able to reset your password. Your password will only be sent to your registered email address within your online account. If you are still having difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Removal from mailing list requests

You may unsubscribe at any time from our postal and email newsletters.
To unsubscribe from our postal mailout, just click on the "Your Account" button on the top bar of the website and login in to your personal account area. There you will have access to subscribe or unsubscribe from our future postal mailings.
To unsubscribe from our email newsletter, please click the "unsubscribe" link on the footer of all mailings.

Vouchers

If you have received a voucher code, this can be redeemed to gain a discount or free product (depending on the voucher offer). Voucher codes can be entered in the "View Basket" or "Checkout" section of the website. We are sorry, but vouchers can only be redeemed online via the www.cytoplan.co.uk website, and cannot be used retrospectively.

Your purchase history

You can view your purchase history at any time via your online account. Please click "My Account" on the top bar, or"Order History" on the right hand side and login to view your previous purchase history.

Managing your address book

You can add unlimited delivery addresses and save them for future use via your online account. Please click "My Account" on the top bar and login to add or amend addresses within your online address book.

Saving your shopping basket

If you are logged in to your account and have not checked out, your shopping basket will be automatically saved
