Bought these for someone with chronic fatigue. It seems logical to me that "food state" supplements would be the most effective way to make up what is lacking in our food - I'm hopeful they will help relieve symptoms, time will tell. Have added Adrenal Support as a 'booster'.

Easy to take capsules which seem to benefit my overall health. I seem to get ill slightly less often and feel more invigorated.

I'm prone to heart palpitations they worsened whilst taking these vitamins. I've not taken them for 6 days now still having more palps throughout day so not sure if its the vitamins that had triggered them? I daren't take them just incase. Otherwise I still believe in these vitamins for overall health just may not be suitable for people with heart arrythmia.

Thank you for your interesting feedback. If you are having heart palpitations magnesium could well ease this problem for you. As far as the wholefood multi exacerbating the problem - unless you are sensitive to any of the ingredients the product would not cause or worsen heart palpitations. But in the event you are sensitive to one of the ingredients maybe it would be a good idea to try an alternative product.
