Never taken a magnesium supplement before but this has made a real difference to the quality of my sleep. I particularly like the natural bio food range of supplements as they have proven to be kind to my stomach with no side effects.

Four stars good products, good service. One knocked off because they are in plastic bottles and some are way bigger than the amount in them.
