I felt really tired all the time and a blood test revealed I was low on folate, since taking it I have noticed a big difference already

A good product because it is better absorbed than raw folic acid so I have replaced my NHS prescription with Methylfolate from Cytoplan

The Methylfolate makes my prescription B12 shots (Methylcobalamine) work much better. At last a working combo!

This would be preferable as a 1mg tablet as most people who take methylfolate do so as they are missing one/both of the MFTHR genes, hence need to take a min 5mg dose per day
