Great product and will continue to take throughout my pregnancy. I have this on subscription, there is a slight delay which leaves me a few days without any due to postage and delivery time.

I can really feel the difference being on these vitamin pills. More energy, generally healthier. I’m on my 2nd child, breastfeeding, and both seem to be doing really well health wise. My hair and nails are growing like mad! All good things! With my first child I took them from before conception, right up until I stopped breastfeeding after 1 year and 1 month. Doing the same thing now with 2nd. Can’t rate them highly enough. Can definitely tell the difference in strength from general vitamins you buy in the shops.

Really do not recommend, particularly if pregnant. These tablets are so large and are even difficult to swallow when they are split in two. They make me feel nauseous from being so large, I’ve stopped taking them so they’re just a waste of money now which is very annoying as I bought the 3 month supply.
