Only now started taking Vitamin C food state and has hopefully protected us against the recent flu virus as that has seemed to have passed us by.

An exceptional Vitamin C formula which I have taken daily for the past 27 years. Initially took to maintain skin collagen but noticed that during the colder months it helps to prevent colds. Would not want to be without an essential part of my wellbeing daily routine.
