Really like this product and take every morning with my smoothie! Feel it aids my immune system well as have not had any viruses for some years and also feel it helps improve the condition of my skin. I have also noticed that my night vision when driving at has slightly improved

I learnt years ago that if you have thyroid problems your body doesn't metabolize beta carotene very well. I take vit A for that reason. I take lots of different vitamins so can't tell if I am benefiting from this one..
