I liked the sublingual but it is no longer available so I'm taking it in the new capsule form. Too soon to tell if it works as well.

Good product, though a vegan would probably need several per day to meet anywhere near the ideal intake of B12. It absolutely needs to be dissolved under the tongue as it's likely to stick in the throat if swallowed whole. (It's a very small pill, but with no coating... and it's said to be better-absorbed under the tongue). Maybe one days someone will come up with a high-dose B12 in a low-dose multi-B base... or, better still, a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement for vegetarians and vegans, that isn't just vegan but also includes sufficient amounts, of those trace elements that are very low in a non-meat/fish/seafood (and dairy) diet, to adequately replace what is low or missing in a vegerian or vegan diet (it could be an extra multi that just gives generous amounts of those nutrients that are low or missing in a vegetarian/vegan diet - enough to boost the average vegetarian/vegan's vitamin/mineral intake to meet more than minimal requirements, without us having to take loads of separate pills along with all the fillers and capsule shells!)
