If you have Lyme disease, or are recovering from it, this is a must!! I took sublingual normal B12 as I realised it is low when you have Lyme, but I didn't realise you can't absorb it properly. No such problems with this! I'm slowly getting my life back. I have a spare bottle now to ensure I don't run out. No idea how long until my system is back to normal. I had Cerebral Lyme disease for twelve years. Thankfully following a herbal protocol which included natural antibiotics and supporting the deficiencies in my system eventually caused the bacteria to die off. Looking forward to a healthy future!

I have been taking B12 ever since I started having neurological problems in 2011 with symptoms very similar to those for MS. This type of B12 is supposed to be better than the type you can buy on the high street.

I started taking this B12 supplements after reading that at my age, 78 years old, that a B12 supplement can help with certain problems, in my case heartburn. This has reduced quite a lot since taking this supplement.
