Omega 3 Vegan provides a vegan source of the important omega-3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA.

It is derived from plant marine algae which is grown in a controlled environment, eliminating the risk of oceanic contamination and pollution, as well as concerns over sustainability.

Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infants. Omega 3 Vegan is therefore an excellent supplement for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

EPA and DHA also contribute to:

  • normal brain function
  • normal vision
  • normal blood pressure 
  • the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels
  • the normal function of the heart

Ingredients:

Schizochytrium sp. from marine algae providing DHA & EPA, soft gel capsule (corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan), tocopherols (antioxidant), sunflower oil, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate.

Suggested Intake:

1-2 capsules daily or as directed by a practitioner.

Suitable for:

Vegetarians, vegans and people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.

Contraindications:

Avoid if there is any deficiency of the liver. If you are on anti-thrombotic drugs (e.g. Warfarin or Heparin) consult your doctor before taking.

Non-Active Ingredients:

Corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan, tocopherols, sunflower oil, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate.

Non GM & Free From:

GMO, wheat, soy, dairy, added sugar, flavourings & colourings.

Storage:

Keep cool, dry & out of direct sunlight.
