Our couriers

Brexit

The UK left the EU on 31st January 2020 and a transition period is now in place until 31st December 2020, while the UK and EU negotiate additional arrangements to trade, business and travel rules. As of 31st January 2020, we began implementing some changes to our EU deliveries in preparation for the changes coming into force on 31st December 2020. If you live inside the EU, we will now ask you to provide additional contact information (such as a telephone number or email address) to process the movement of goods cross-border. This additional contact information is required by our third-party courier partners to process orders leaving the UK, under the same conditions as World Zone 1 and 2 packages. Contact information will be requested upon checkout.

International Shipping

Please check all requirements (import taxes, customs regulations and charges etc) regarding deliveries to countries outside the UK. Cytoplan Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not comply with the import regulations of the destination country.

Delivery charges for orders to be delivered to non-UK addresses are calculated by the weight of your order and the delivery country. This is automatically calculated for you in the checkout section of our website when you place an order.

Courier-delivered parcels require a signature. Please see the Damaged Goods section of this document for what to do should your parcel be damaged upon delivery.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date for overseas orders. As a guide if you have not received your order within 7-15 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
