I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist after completing my Nutritional Therapy master’s degree in 2017.
I had previously studied psychology and wanted to bring my passion for health and nutrition together to help people achieve optimal health.
My particular interests are in digestive health, hormonal health, and nervous system regulation.
