I would HIGHLY recommend coffee enemas to just about everyone. Some days it is the difference between getting out of bed or not! This kit is easy to use and easy to clean. It's reasonably priced too.

Good postal service, unfortunately photocopied instructions that arrived with the kit were very poor and part of the labeling of the parts had not printed, so I did not know which part to use.

The bag itsself is excellent quality but the valve at end of it is leaking they all seem to that now no matter where I get them

It would be good if the tap could only turn on and off or was clearly marked. It seems to turn infinity and can be fiddly.
