Vitamin D3 and K2 capsules for everyday support for immunity and bone health.
D3 and K2 together provide support for calcium regulation, ensuring calcium goes where it’s needed (bones and teeth) and not arteries or soft tissues.
Vitamin D supports immune system health helping you stay well and resilient
2000iu of D3 and 50µg of K2.
A vitamin D3 & K2 formula for everyday support for immunity and bone health.
Vitamin D is a vital nutrient for supporting normal immune and nervous system function, cellular health and division, muscle function and calcium absorption for healthy bone and teeth.
Vitamin K2 complements this by directing calcium into the bones and teeth where it’s needed most and away from soft tissues such as the arteries and kidneys, where excess calcium can be harmful.
Together, this synergistic duo promotes efficient calcium utilisation, supports strong and healthy bones and contributes to cardiovascular health.

Vitamin D3 supports immune health, muscle function, healthy teeth and helps the body to absorb calcium, supporting bone health. Vitamin K2 provides added bone support helping direct that calcium to the bones and teeth, where it is needed, instead of soft tissues such as arteries, or the kidneys. This synergistic combination therefore supports improved calcium utilisation, bone strength and heart health. Taking high doses of Vitamin D3 without K2 can lead to misdirected calcium, potentially increasing the risk of arterial calcification over time.
This product is particularly beneficial for individuals who have limited sun exposure, as well as adults who want to support immunity in addition to their bone and cardiovascular health. It may also be especially useful for those whose diets are low in Vitamin K2, which is most commonly found in foods such as fermented products, cheeseand certain animal sources.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is more effective at raising blood levels than the normally plant sourced vitamin D2 or ergocalciferol. Usually, vitamin D3 in supplements is a by-product of sheep's wool, but it is possible to obtain vegan sourced vitamin D3 which is naturally produced by marine algae.
Many people are at risk of vitamin D deficiency, particularly those with darker skin, limited sun exposure due to spending more time indoors, covering up with clothing using sunscreen, or living in northern climates. People with certain health conditions (coeliac disease, obesity) may also struggle to maintain adequate levels. Vegans, vegetarians or those on low-vitamin D diets are vulnerable, as are those taking medications that may affect absorption. Babies and young children, pregnant and breastfeeding women also have increased needs. Supplementation is recommended, especially in winter months or for those in high-risk groups.
