Important information regarding deliveries - Coronavirus update

Due to current circumstances, we are experiencing some changes to our usual delivery services. Until further notice, please expect a slight delay with the delivery of your order.

 As we are sure you can appreciate and understand, we are receiving an extremely high number of enquiries regarding deliveries. We would appreciate your cooperation at this difficult time to refrain from contacting us about your order and its estimated arrival date, unless your delivery is delayed by at least 15 days.

 Our trusted couriers and The Royal Mail are under a lot of pressure from not only us, but also other essential businesses, to deliver orders in their usual timeframe. Please expect to wait at least 5-10 working days for your order to arrive (via first class Royal Mail).

 We are continually monitoring the guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England, and we are committed to making the right decisions for our customers and our staff. We are truly grateful for your loyalty and support at this difficult time.



How do I track my order?

Tracking details will be sent via email once your parcel has been dispatched. You will also be able to track your order by logging into your online account. This only applies to large UK orders sent via our nominated courier. 
Smaller orders will be sent via Royal Mail, where (unfortunately) no tracking details are available. To track your order, please click on the tracking link provided and follow the instructions. 

Delivery charges explained

For UK-delivered orders that are under £25.00, we charge a nominal postage and packing fee of £3.50.

 UK orders above £25.00 are DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE.

 Dependent on weight, your order will either be sent by First Class post (Royal Mail) or via our nominated courier. A signature is required on receipt of the goods if delivered by our courier. 

Please check all requirements (import taxes, customs regulations etc) regarding deliveries to countries outside the UK. Cytoplan Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not comply with the import regulations of the desination country.

Overseas delivery

Delivery charges for orders to be delivered to non-UK addresses are calculated by the weight of your order and the delivery country. This is automatically calculated for you in the checkout section of our website when you place an order. 

Damaged Goods

Courier-delivered parcels require a signature. If your parcel is visually damaged on arrival, you can refuse the parcel. The goods will then be directly returned to us. You will then need to contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible, and we will (at your preference) either resend your goods or offer you a refund.

 On opening your parcel, if you find an item is damaged please contact our Customer Services department within 3 working days.

Late delivery

We cannot guarantee next day delivery, although you should receive your order within 2-3 working days. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
