Providing all the vital B vitamins, including thiamine, niacin and pantothenic acid, folate and vitamin B12 at optimum levels.
Includes all active forms including methylated folate and B12, B6 as P-5-P for optimal absorption and use by the body.
Supports energy metabolism, nervous system function, growth and repair, immune function, detoxification and hormone balance.
A high potency B complex combination, perfectly balanced to help support your energy levels and nervous system to function at it best. Includes all the vital B vitamins, including thiamin, niacin and pantothenic acid, folate (folic acid) and vitamin B12.
B Complex vitamins are a 'family' of related vitamins that exist in nature and that we need to eat in the diet for health. They work synergisticially together (supporting each other's functions) and are often best taken together at the right levels where they work optimally to support energy metabolism and nervous system function in particular, but also growth and repair, immune function, detoxification and hormone balance.
Not all B vitamins are easily absorbed and used by the body. High Potency B Complex uses only the most 'bio-effective', active forms of B vitamins including the methylfolate (5-MTHF) form of folic acid and the methylcobalamin form of vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 is also provided in its biologically active pyridoxal-5-phosphate form.
Some people have differences in their genetics (called polymorphisms or SNPs) which make it hard for their bodies to convert synthetic folic acid into its active form. Methylfolate (5-MTHF) is in the converted form, ready for the body to use. This makes it more readily available and effective.
Poor diet, alcohol, stress, high levels of activity, and the need to recover and repair increase our daily need for B vitamins, so a B Complex can support us to ensure our levels are optimal.
