D-Mannose Plus is formulated with high-potency D-mannose and cranberry extract to provide fast, effective and natural support for urinary tract health.
D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar that is not metabolised by the body. Instead, it is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream, bypasses typical metabolic pathways and is excreted unchanged via the kidneys into the urine, often within hours. This enables D-mannose to act quickly, particularly when taken at the first signs of urinary discomfort. Once in the urinary tract, it binds readily to pathogens such as E. coli, the primary cause of urinary tract infections, helping to prevent their adhesion to the bladder wall and supporting their effective removal through the urine.
This formula combines the targeted action of D-mannose with the supportive benefits of cranberry extract, which has a well-established role in promoting urinary tract health. Together, these ingredients provide comprehensive support.
Delivered in a pleasant-tasting, flexible powder form, this D-Mannose supplement provides on average 1861mg of D-mannose and 100mg of cranberry powder per rounded teaspoon.
Take one rounded teaspoon (2g) up to twice daily for acute use, or 1/2 rounded teaspoon (1g) daily for maintenance, dissolved in fruit juice or water as a food supplement or as directed by a medical practitioner

What is D-Mannose?
D-Mannose is a naturally occurring sugar that helps support urinary tract health. It works by binding to bacteria, especially E. coli, the most common cause of UTIs, and helps flush them from the urinary tract via urine. This reduces bacterial adhesion to the bladder wall.
How quickly does D-Mannose work?
