Little People provides a wide range of essential nutrients including key B vitamins for energy, mental health and wellbeing, and vital minerals including iron, iodine and zinc for physical growth, brain development and learning. Vitamins D supports the immune system to help fight infections, and alongside vitamin K supports healthy bones.
These are very small tablets and therefore easy to take - ideal as a children's multivitamin and mineral.
While we hope children get most they need from a healthy balanced diet, this is not always practical, so a children's multivitamin can help cover any shortfalls in their diet, optimising their nutritional intake and supporting their development.
