Because oestrogen plays an important part in multiple aspects of health, including supporting skin and bone structure, heart health and emotional wellbeing, the reduction in levels may result in wider health effects, impacting quality of life at work and home.
Certain plants contain natural oestrogens that can provide a gentle oestrogen-like effect, helping to balance hormones. One key source of those phytoestrogens is isoflavones from the soy plant, which may be taken to support women's health during and after menopause. Menopause support provides active isoflavones daidzein, glycitein, and genistein, supported by additional nutrients including phytosterols, saponins, lecithin and vitamin E. This product was previously known as Phyto-Flavone.
