Omega Protect + CoQ10

It seems to work well enough; it has a nice herbal smell to the capsule. I take it twice a day as an antioxidant with the added bonus of the omega oil and CQ10. subscribing saves me a good amount of money too.

This product has kept me free from infection,as friends and others have succumbed It is brilliant.

I’ve recently swapped to this Omega and believe the addition of CO Q10 along with my multi Vit and mineral also with CO Q 10, has made a big difference to my health. With a compromised immune system I usually have a cold each year which lasts for months. Their has been a big difference this year and no cold. Central heating also takes it toll on one’s skin and I believe this Omega supplement has helped my skin.

Great can’t live without it ! Omega 3 COQ 10 n Antaxtathin what’s nit to like

it is difficult to quantify the benefits of taking supplements and their impact on health and wellbeing only when you don't take them or you are nutritionally unbalanced. I would say taking anti inflammatory oils such as Omega 3 an important contributor to reduce and mitigate inflammation and promote good health. As well as reducing processed and inflammatory oils of course. Ive been a practitioner with Cytoplan for many years now and they are my go to for all supplements for myself and my clients. It would be amazing if the fillers were reduced and more organic options. I used to use the Protein supplement which was amazing but Cytoplan no longer sells it. This was a great source for protein [obviously] and my vitamin and mineral intake including all 9 essential amino acids, please bring it back. I really would like the option for Cytoplan to consider refill packets it seems inappropriate to send half full bottles, I appreciate they are now non petrochemical which helps and goes towards acknowledging the vast mountains of plastic now in the sea and on land. To summarise, Cytoplan create good products and are changing their business model to reduce unnecessary land fill. I would like though, to have the opportunity take one or two pills daily [pretty big ones I would imagine] that have ALL essential vitamins and minerals including protein appropriate for my age and lifestyle. One day eh?
