What is Echinacea?
Following extensive research, within the last century Echinacea has become more known across the world, mainly for its internal health benefits. Echinacea is said to have many uses and is especially beneficial during the winter months to help support the immune system, particularly in relation to upper respiratory health.

Organic Echinacea angustifolia radix (narrow leaved purple coneflower root) 1:3, 45% ethanol.
Take 20 drops mixed into water or liquid of choice 2-3 times daily, or as directed by your practitioner.
