Wholefood Multi is a comprehensive Wholefood multivitamin and mineral supplement. It is a low iron formula making it ideal for men and post-menopausal women.
- Includes minerals in the most bioeffective form, all combined in a base of phytonutrient-rich cruciferous vegetable, Brassica Oleracea, which is the Latin name for the family of vegetables that includes kale and broccoli
- The methylated forms of folic acid and vitamin B12 are included, as well as the active form of vitamin B6 (P-5-P)
- Provides GTF chromium, which is a particularly bioeffective form of this mineral. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels
- Includes vitamin D3, which is the active form of this important vitamin. Our vitamin D3 is from lichen, making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans
